Alright, I am going to be very honest, I do not like working out. Actually, I hate the gym and anything that even resembles it. Unfortunately, I know that I have to go. With that said, I was a dancer growing up, not an athlete.
I’ve mentioned recently that I started going to the gym regularly. Well, I’m still trying to go at least 3-4 times a week and so far it’s going… Though it’s hard, I do not regret it after I complete a workout each time. I just try to zone out and watch a show so I don’t have to think about what I’m actually doing.
One thing though that has helped encourage me to actually go to the gym is the clothes. Yes, I know that sounds silly, but when I have new workout clothes, I want to wear them so it helps me get onto the treadmill. I’ve always said, that when you look good, you feel good. Well same goes for me when I am at the gym. I’m more inclined to go to the gym if I actually like the clothes I’m wearing.
These floral leggings and top are probably my favorites because they aren’t your typical black outfit you see at the gym on every girl who walks through the door. They both stand out a bit more and definitely make you feel good when you look in the mirror after you’ve been sweating for an hour!
What helps get you to the gym? I am in constant need of motivation, so anything you can suggest, I am all ears!!
