Recently, I’ve been trying to eat healthier and be more active. I have noticed for a while that my energy and motivation weren’t amazing, and I overall didn’t feel at my best. With that, I’ve decided to make a change. It’s time I turn things around and prove to myself that I can do it.
Paige and I did the Whole 30 a couple months back and I’ve tried to incorporate it into my life regularly, just a slightly abbreviated version… I still like my wine. I’m not going completely paleo because I don’t want to give up things I love, like bread! My friend told me about this amazing cookbook called The Healthy Life, and it is amazing! Not only does it give you information about how to live a healthy life from what you eat, to how you live each day, but it has the best recipes! I recently made the banana bread and even though it tasted healthy, I was shocked at how good it was!
What do you do to stay healthy? I find it hard to give up some of the things I love so finding alternatives is a must! Let me know what you do to help with the cravings!
