Is it Friday yet? I have had about a week and a half already and it feels like it is never going to end. I don’t like to complain, but I need a bit of a break. I’ve been working extremely long hours lately, so I apologize for being kind of MIA!
Recently I was given a large task to prepare for a conference I’m attending, and it’s crunch time. I’ve been stressing a lot to get it done and I know I am going to be working late tonight in order to get it done. I’m hoping that once most of this is done within the next few weeks I will be able to take a breather.
One of the things I have been doing to help me destress a little is taking a walk with one of my best friends. We try to walk everyday after work around the park close to our houses. It is 2.5 miles and takes us about 45 minutes to walk. It’s the perfect way to chat and relax a bit.
